By accessing or using SunRayControl ("the tool"), you agree to the following terms.

## 1. Permitted Use

SunRayControl is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and research purposes. You may use, share, and adapt it in accordance with the [MIT License](LICENSE).

## 2. No Engineering Reliance

This tool is intended for **educational and illustrative purposes only**. It is based on a simplified geometric model and idealized solar-position formulas. It does not account for diffuse radiation, cloud cover, reflections, external obstructions (neighboring buildings, terrain, trees), thermal mass, or any other real-world factor that affects actual solar gain in a building.

**Results produced by this tool must not be used as the sole or primary basis for any engineering, architectural, construction, or financial decision.** For design work, always engage a qualified professional and use appropriate simulation software (e.g. EnergyPlus, IDA ICE, DesignBuilder, or equivalent).

## 3. No Warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The author makes no guarantee that results are correct, complete, or applicable to any specific building or location.

## 4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or reliance on this tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
